standard 15/mo, if you buy a subscription before launch, it's like $1 less/mo. cheaper still if you buy the longer sub times.
there's also those chrono scroll things, similar to eve's plex. buy em with ingame gold from other players, redeem it to add a month of playtime to your acct.

you pay other players with ingame gold, and they buy a membership with their money and pm you the code

yeah. but given how many ppl will likely wanna play for free.. can probably expect the price to be decently high. also consider how tera's endgame grind is farming buttloads of gold because massive goldsinks in terms of crystals + luxing + enchanting, etc, you may not necessarily want to fork out that ingame gold.

when you buy the game, it comes with 1mo free playtime. so, you could conceivably play for free if you keep farming a ton.

i mean if you're comparing like, quality of entertainment vs pay2win f2ps.. monthly fee to not have BRs, 14yo kids, and those lonely 30 year old mechanical engineers who throw down 10k usd on enchant powders so they can hurf & durf with their +infinite wands of the virgin, well i'd hafta choose p2p.
