Luffy can do whatever oda wants.

Read my edit above. Kuma and Don are counterparts in the sense that they were the next warlords introduced with relatively equal bounties and have both been active in the storyline.

Don's beginning to be old news. He has to step in eventually. I can't cite anything from the series but that's just my personal opinion.

i see they way luffy will fight don is that luffy will be taken over control but then he power up his haki which will make him invulnerable against him.

I cant see how he can (or any other member) defeat him other than this way.

he well probely use zoro 2 fight luffy or 1 of the other crew but i think he has other skills as well cuz he dojed crocs sand storm and oars jr in a sec

imo, it's too early for them to be directly involved, since they are above the shichibukai and the marines.

There may be a limit to the amount of puppets he can have, which would be a potential way to defeat him.

Or there could be some absurdly obvious weakness, like simple water in the case of crocodiles seeming invincibility to a non haki user.

big mom is the 4th yonkou.
she was named shortly after whitebeard's death.

also, for fighting don flamingo, i can see usopp or nami taking him out, since their abilites aren't physical.
yes, they need to get stronger, but i can see it.
though it would be a little absurd if one of them managed to take out a shichibukai, let alone the shichibukai with the highest former bounty.
