Chakra doesn't exist anymore, back when naruto was young, kakashi was like omg my chakra, i'm soooo tired from using that one spell, my sharingan makes me weak because it's always on

And when naruto was young it was all like

FUCK IT S RANK SUPER OP SPIRAL BALL OUT OF NOWHERE and I haven't seen a hand sign combination for chidori in 200+ chapters..
In fact the ONLY person whos super op attacks need any hand signs now is the 1st hokages.. mizukage used them tsuchi didn't (except for boulder shit) raikages like "fuck it im naruto" and tsunades the bitchkage
And then there's mr.sandman who uses interpretive dance to channel deathsand at you

Even the fight with Orochimaru vs Hiruzen, hiruzen used hand seals in that fight, he died, gets ressed, no more hand seals, train while dead, new meta
