Infinite chakra. Kakashi has said before something along the lines of "I can barely sustain three clones while Naruto can do one hundred" or something like that. And yet he has been using the sharingan for the last four months and teleported countless times. Chakra isn't a thing anymore, everyone has an infinite amount.

That makes sense, he could only handle using the one and at a limited number of times as well.
He probably couldn't handle both.
