it's MAL where hardly anyone scores shows under 5, alot of them don't even score under 7 cuz they think it's too harsh lol...

Yeah, it seems that a lot of people has a fucked up scoring system. My standard rating for an anime I like is 6-7 and I only give really awesome ones a higher score than that.
Kanokon gets 3/10 which is the lowest score I've given to a regular TV show so far. Haven't forced myself through a whole lot of bad anime yet though.

What's your average? I rerated some of mine and now it's 5.8 :/

Think that it's a bit below 7 or something but I've mostly watched ones that are "considered among the best" so far. My average will probably go down gradually from here on.

mines around 6.7, but i don't see it going much lower - if there's a series i dislike so much that it's a 6 or sub 6 tier to me, I don't watch it, I just straight up drop it, lol.
