Except the fact that his attacks are actually working on Pein. When you have an attack like Rasengan why not use it all the time. It is a really elite move. That is the only move Ichigo knows how to do. It's starting to suck watching his fights when all the other captains are using all these different moves with their swords.

They did work, it's that one of the Peins heals the other Peins, he has to take out that one before everyone else now.
