u guys think, db super will go into super saiyan 4? or will super saiyan blue be the highest they can go?

^as it's non cannon they are free to reuse the idea in the cannon

If I remembered correctly a few months back. Toriyama stated goku will achieve another super saiyan form surpassing SSGSS/SSBlue. Maybe he might be able to obtain super saiyan Rose as that form did happen with goku's body that's my opinion on that part ofc.

I don't think they even scrape on the bottom of Beerus' level, much less Whis'

I think there will be a new saiyan just not called ss4. Seeing the lengths they have gone to to make it a bit less linear, god ki, kaio-ken, saiyan rose, fusion. Also it makes more sense for them to keep finding new ways to use/combine the super saiyan form. Rather than before where it was just 'oh wait it turns out we can transform more for more power and a higher number'
