Just started watching Rainbow: Nisha Rokubou no Shichinin.
Only on episode 2 so far but WTF is this über sad plot development already?

Jou's beloved little sister forces herself to cut off all bonds with him for good (to make him not worry about her anymore? uhhh... yeah about that) and gets sold off by the orphanage to a fat, ugly pedophile.

Actually thought that the situation would get somewhat resolved when he taunted the old hag into basically confirming his accusations.
but no :'/ shit got even worse and the policemen obviously didn't see any obligation to investigate since we're talking about a dark themed post-war japan after all.
