I think it's pretty obvious at least Shanks were using CoC against the seaking.

For a split second I thought the horo horo chick might of.



You'd really think so but we can't tell for sure until oda elaborates on the ability a little bit more.

Luffy will reveal his master plan next chapter. He obviously slept with all the women on amazon island and now he has an army of 2 y/o Luffys ready to take over the world.

By shanks standards the luffy rescue was a split second move.

Even one of the worlds strongest have speed limitations given the right odds.

well, they don't really know she was helping him..

and also warlord can most likely do what ever they want with their title..

They're still pirates, not like the marines can fully trust them anyways. Also her ability pretty much erases their memory as long as they're not like admiral strong.

I believe if shanks had been able to use CoC at that time he would have done so before he got his arm cut off and it would have passed out. Since shanks is a swordsman which in swordsmanship and martial arts killing intent is a cliche thing. I believe he just showed his killing intent which scared the sea king. which is also why it didn't pass out

Perhaps Shanks learned Haki at that same moment?

That's what i've been thinking for a while.
