Okay, well if anything first of all. Madara said he was 'immortal' when the jutsu that Kabuto used, was released. Since hes perma stuck in Reanimation jutsu. Now that he took Obito's body, once can assume he has a weakness now. So if anything it has a flaw (thats just my theory though). So him taking Obito's body canceled out the Reanimation jutsu effect. Any one wanna throw down with this?

P.s. To answer your question, Madara knows the jutsu or something where he can just keep it cast on himself.
