who knows, maybe was resurrected by kabuto with restricted access to his real power like the first and second were when orochimaru resurrected them.....i also think the 10 tail jinchuriki needs to be a living host

i kinda wanted to see jiraiya or rin revived though...... maybe obito did something at the end to allow for another person to be revived as well

............................ Really? Zetsu fused with Obito's destroyed body from the cave in. Black Zetsu obviously does a body swap while white does a terrain/spy merge thing. Zetsu apparently was created by the 1st dna (wood) so he was used as an 'insurance' policy against Obito to help Madara.
