I bought a cooling pad because my laptop became really slow after heating up. I've been seeing some major improvements ever since I bought and used one. It was only about $20.

what heat does your Lappy idle at? or whats a good heat for it to be?
i dunno the best program to measure heat so i just used CoreTemp

the tera stuff i looked at used a 5850 they said and ran tera at max at 40 fps the 560 is slighty better according to this benchmark chart asummin gu want to max it i assume ud need a bit more power

ive still yet to see a non beta full gfx play tho so...

Keep in mind, the laptop has a 560M. It's significantly worse than an actual 560.

Joe I can't bother with a desktop since I tend to move around often and love lugging around my laptop. I'm not going to haul around a huge desktop.

So regardless I'm getting a laptop. My Asus g60vx can't keep up anymore.
