the fact that you cant do anything besides use brushes that others made in a stamp means that you dont know how to do shit on your own

actually, brushing is VERY hard if you dont know how to do it properly. sure you can pull out a brush and wave it around the sig, thats easy and shit. on the other hand if you want good effects, thats where it gets tough sometimes.

edit: btw, to get the glowy blue thing, smudge your render around the entire sig or smudge something with either an abstract brush or a charcoal brush and go to filters>blur>Gaussian Blue> Normal settings and set the layer to lighten. do it a couple times with your sig then you Make a new layer, Image> Apply image and go to image> Adjustments>Photo filters and choose a color you like and erase all the shitty parts.
