yes.. yes they do.

just ask him to lower the kb limit by not making it a png. it has to be save as a jpeg, but to do this it has to make a background that matches the jsp color background.

then it should be under the limit.

I like this one more. but I think that the one you like is kinda ruined by all the pre-made brushes around it.
