I would if to probably choose a common choice of lugia ttype skill but as for what i wouldnt know...i think the guy from impel down the psn guy would pretty damn strong

Eh. Devil fruit users became rather common in One Piece.
I liked it better when there were fever.
Now there's one for almost anything.
