Nope obito powers have something to do with the 10tails the common factor. Until the sage story is told im going to believe he was both amazing before and after becoming a jinchuriki.

The sage was the sage and the 10tails was the 10tails...Yes obito said the sage wasnt human but a god after becoming the 10tails jinchiriki but that is still due to him being the sage and not some 2nd rate uchiha

How many times do you want me to tell you "same" meant they both were the 10tails jinchiriki. utilizing the same power or device will output different results.

Obito was not phenominal before becoming the Juubi host, but the Sage of the Sixth Paths supposedly defeated the Juubi before becoming the first Jinchuriki. The Sage was definitely powerful before becoming the Jinchuriki.

The Sage of the Sixth Paths is a different person from Obito, but it is clear that becoming the Jinchuriki of the Juubi – even an incomplete form – has made him incredibly powerful. He might be powerful and resemble the Sage, but Obito is still a different person and different intentions.

The incomplete Juubi might have problems in the future, and it might mean the defeat of Obito.

You do realize that I agree with you on this, right? All I am saying is that given what Madara said, it is a more than fair inference that Obito has at least some resemblance to the Sage's powers because they were both the jinchuriki of the 10 tails. Even if it's a fraction of the latter's power, it's still there. Can we infer that the Sage could do that shit making chakra come out of the back of his hands? Without a doubt.
