ulquoirra is smarter than yammy, yet yammy is the strongest of the espadas.

Also, hes in bankai and getting pwned. Halibel hasn't even done one release and could probably already pwn him.

If you ask me, it is going to be Yamamoto Genryuusai, Ukitake Jyuushiro , and Kyouraku Shunsui that battle the top three.

i wouldn't necessarily say she's stronger than ulquoirra.... remember, no one knew about ulq's 2nd release form...

He didn't seem get any stronger...

Also, it seems that the numbers change automatically.
If he were stronger, his number would have changed to #3 just as Yammy's changed from #10 to #0

aizen made it so that would happen.... people's number just don't change in comparison to others lmao......that's just like saying when renji or ikaku goes bankai they'll automatically have a white captain coat on their backs.

We can't assume that until we hear that Yammy was the first hollow born. Remember, 10 and up get tattooed based on their order of birth.
