If there is anyone who can keep up with Obito now it's Madara. The first and second can't keep up, or if they can it's barely. The 4th can keep up, but i doubt he can hurt Obito now, the third is irrelevant imo, unless he can pop the reaper death seal again, but i doubt that cause the reaper technically already owns his soul, and.. he's dead.. so i don't think he has a soul now lol.

Naruto and sasuke together probably couldn't even take on Obito in this state, and that's saying something.

Madara was super massively op, and now that obito has the Juubi he is probably stronger or at least equal to Madara at this point. But as always Madara has one last card in his sleeve.

The shinobi's should just evacuate anyone who is not Kage class strength, because they are nothing more than meatshields at this point.
