I don't think usopp will be able to use haki anytime in the near future. He's their tech head, he doesn't seem that ambitious (yet).

Out of everyone's improvement over the past two years, (luffy aside) usopp's is the one I'm most excited about however. If he develops how I'm imagining it he'll quickly become one of my favorite characters.

We don't know what tricks he has up his sleeve yet. I'm not ruling out haki one day eventually. But for now, I really really doubt he has anything.

They haven't even hinted at it. Next in line is zoro obviously and we're not even sure if he has it yet.

neither zorro, sanji or usopp have haki ... the team would be overpowered and that would make the story boring. I think oda thinks the same way as me

Zoro has haki, we already know this. How deep he's tapped into it yet is the question.

I don't believe the others do... including usopp despite what people are suggesting.

Btw, why would usopp become insignificant without haki? I don't see how this is so.
