FTG combined with any of his close ranged attacks *cough*rasengan*cough* pretty much screams "finisher" to me. He didn't put an element to the rasengan because he died before he could do so. And if you want to talk about possible and probable, then what the hell has Kimimaro shown? That he can square off against a bunch of kids? He didn't exactly impress me. Even drunk Lee was giving him a fight.
I know, it's just a difference of opinions. We know that the raikage has had a couple amazing feats listed for him, and while that may be enough for you to say that he's >> Muu or 2nd mizukage, it's not quite enough for me. They're really old characters that obviously have great strength, but for what they're actually worth, there is little development on them. I also tend to think that the hokages are stronger than the others in general because well, that's what this series has led me to believe. Just like "everything is bigger in Texas," I think you could almost say, "everything is stronger in Konoha."

LOL exactly my point he wasnt able to put element to rasengan but he learned kyuubi mode by theory alone? He died before having a chance to do anything kyuubi related also why wasnt the kyuubi chakra released upon his death? Other jinchuriki im sure when they were revived obito had to put the beast who were inside the gedo already into them and then he took them back. Yet itachi madara negato came back with their eyes. Why go through the trouble of hunting naruto/bee when you can find the dna of the former jinchuriki and edo tensei hrmmmm
....the point is kimimaro bone allows him to tank rasengan...obito tanked it with a freaking zetsu body + his own, kabuto with his instant regen tanked it. Lee in drunken mode was also vs kimmimaro in base he has 2 more stages and lets be honest he wasnt having trouble at all his body was rotting away from the inside and he took lees bone breaking hits a few times.
We have only seen Muu/Mizukage in edo tensei mode with full chakra stamina etc albeit being controlled. Raikage we have primary and secondary sources stating how ridiculous he is one coming from the 8tails. No where else has it been stated of a human beating/drawing/exhausting a tailed beast only sealing even the sage was only able to seal the 10tails(yes we can assume he can take on any of the split beast but he's a god not a human haha) and come on again i gave examples from arguably top 3 smartest shikamaru + darui statting quantity beats quality sometimes
10000 vs 1 3days 3 nights im assuming it wasnt 10,000 after all of that.
Dust particle has to hit and even then will it really stop such a monster can he outlast his stamina.... can that little mizukage explosion stop the big show! either way these were edo tensei so until they get some showing or recognition on their accomplishments nah!
