I see you are selective in your responses. There is more to literature than the words and images on the page; I have already provided a reasonable explanation to your feats request, and you ignored it like a champ.

I also like how you move goal posts, because the ‘feats’ you listed for the second Hokage were not seen, but described by other shinobi. Hanzo was described as being a legendary shinobi, and had defeated the famous and titled the Sannin. Yet Hanzo looked mediocre when he was reanimated.

It has already been stated explicitly within the manga that legendary shinobi are exaggerated, and that new legends continuously born. There have been few opportunities for me to see The Second battle; I am going to assume that there are shinobi that far outclass him now, so he must be a second tier shinobi.

Nobody is saying Kakashi is a god tier, but he is one of the best ninja in the series.

Hanzo defeating the sannin 3 was a feat...Kakashi going along with shikamarus plan to backstab kakuza and hidan isnt a damn feat. Asuma had amazing stats in the data book current chouji could prolly take him 9times out of 10.

I never said that Muu was top tier. I said that the 3rd raikage wasn't top tier. Also, how did Naruto beat the 3rd raikage? Used speed, got close to him, made him impale himself with the rasengan, done. Minato would probably be able to do that even easier with the FTG. Also, I don't understand where Minato haters would get "inability of a strong finisher" from. His rasengan is only lacking compared to Naruto's because he never put an element to it, but a weak finisher? Uh, 9 tails mode, probably sage mode, FTG, rasengan, what the hell else does he need? If Minato fought Kimimaro, he would be scraping the latter off of his shoe.

I encourage you to have an open mind and not just let the hype dictate to you. Check out some naruto forums. FTG isnt a finisher...Kimmaro durability can definitely tank a rasengan none the less. edo tensei minato has kyuubi lets not forget minato died instantly when he got the kyuubi(still a damn mystery how he can do it, they took his genius to damn far and with a major flaw he couldnt complete his elemental rasengan but IN DEATH he could complete kyuubi mode? lol his wife taught him and without any experience dude could do it). You again with your possibly and probably no no no until he shows it he doesnt have it...

Kabuto's zombies dont seem to have it all there even if they are let off the leash just mindless attacks when attacked so with no real regard for life seeing as how they are basically immortal. I am going to say the 3rd raikage not being controlled is definitely more strategic and capable.

FTG combined with any of his close ranged attacks *cough*rasengan*cough* pretty much screams "finisher" to me. He didn't put an element to the rasengan because he died before he could do so. And if you want to talk about possible and probable, then what the hell has Kimimaro shown? That he can square off against a bunch of kids? He didn't exactly impress me. Even drunk Lee was giving him a fight.

I know, it's just a difference of opinions. We know that the raikage has had a couple amazing feats listed for him, and while that may be enough for you to say that he's >> Muu or 2nd mizukage, it's not quite enough for me. They're really old characters that obviously have great strength, but for what they're actually worth, there is little development on them. I also tend to think that the hokages are stronger than the others in general because well, that's what this series has led me to believe. Just like "everything is bigger in Texas," I think you could almost say, "everything is stronger in Konoha."



I know. I want to see some hokage action.

As it was said earlier, unfortunately you cant compare the power levels of the character introduced earlier in the show.. at that moment in time they were considerate d quite power full...all we got now its speculate things..I still remember how powerfull was the summon jutsu considerated at the start,,, but now its just something common....
