Yeah but a loyer said that if she regains her normal self during the trial they will reverse it back to me then i'm fucked and my sister and daughter get taken away from custody for bad parenting.
I just dont know what to do I want to just wait it out and see how she is but its hard sad.gif She's the only family on myside that I have.

Dont they also have the right to choose whether they want to be taken care by you or another person?
There should be alternatives to receive punishment such as community service. Not trying to be mean, but I only hope that your sister gets better and that your still able to take care of them even though I know little of the story ^^ gnight, this is for real this time lol.

fuck rehab i've never been to rehab but my parents did send me to this hospital a while back and thats prolly about the same thing they talked about drugs pretty much the entire time... i ended up hooking up with this depressed chick who tried to OD on some shit hung out a couple times nothing really came of it... point is that they are there to go through the motions and they obviously dont care about anyone looking down on their patients its awful horrible place absolutely dreadful its become more like prison than rehabilitation

Well aparently once they "sign" a waver in rehab they must stay in rehab untill they get permission to leave. And in court fighting them they'll pull social services on my ass for not letting my sister get help. She cant even say any words, and her right leg is wobbly. thats not the way she entered there, And they said she had no physical contact with other people while she was in there. Not to mention the receptionish there when I took her out told me that I and her where little cuts, The bitch had a mole with a big black hair coming out, Like WTF.
Sorry for boring u guys with this, I just needed to vent.
she's such a beautifull girl with so much potential, I can't stand by and watch people treat her like shit, So she snorted a bit of coke? they didnt find much in her system but aparently one line can get you into rehab.
I've been to adac and it was nice helped me out alot, I didnt come out like she did.
