what would be the point of usopp getting all these new plants and such as weapons if he was just going to be able to infuse his pellets with haki?
thats my only issue with this

definitely agree on that, i'm sure itll become a sure thing, but like i said itll be better if it's more like nen than ki



infuse the superplants with haki=even better bigger plants, and i'm sure he doesn't have an unlimited supply and will run out during battle and etc

because he cant use haki
not yet anyway
and these plants could be fused with haki already which would make them special

imagine how overpowered usopp would be with observation and armaments
can predict movements and can snipe downstrong fruit users

great minds think alike



i think he'll only know the offense/defense haki, not observation, AND even if he did have both, i doubt he'll be lethal to the level of strength of the new world

u guys act like hes not a marksman already

vouch, never been the lethal type of fighter though ><

true but hes alrdy a marksman and he went through 2years training
he didnt need to improve his marksman skill so he obviously improved on power
but we'll see

i can say for sure he has great aim
but weak damage
this is where armaments come in handy

agree 100% usopp with the haki that strengthens/defense would work perfectly, and put usopp back on the level of the rest of the crew
