Obito is just another troubled ninja in the Naruto universe, and he is not inherently bad. There is a good chance that Obito will change in the blind of an eye. He might be able to revive Neji and Kakashi should he die (which I am not convinced yet he will) with ocular abilities, and who knows what else.

No, Obito is a terrible person. Even Kakashi didn't try to reason with him. Have you forgotten about all the people he killed? He's the one that set this entire plan into motion. Unlike most people who have lost loved ones, Obito took it like a bitch and was willing to kill whoever just to see her in some twisted genjutsu. He's just like every other Uchiha not named Itachi--takes his problems out on the world rather than owning up to them.

It was clear that Kakashi did not want to fight him. Secondly, Pain hurt and killed numerous ninja for a twisted plan, but he was not inherently bad. Ninja like Zabuza and Hanzo were pretty broken, but you could argue that hey changed at the end. What about Gaara?

imo madara is taking the zetsu in obito, thats why we see him start to shout to hard!

He needs to revive himself to be the jinchurrki of 10 tails
It was mentioned when obito and madara was talking to each other standing on top of 10 tails and obito says that madara couldn't be a jinchurrki unless he actually revives himself via Rinne tensei
