I can't speak for the other two routes since I played Aeka's first and felt like it couldn't possibly be surpassed in terms of awesomeness. The student council president girl seemed interesting, though.
Speaking of lolis, the interactions between the protagonist and his little sister are hilarious, and very genre savvy. You can tell the writers had fun thinking up of her scenes.
This VN is great because it makes you laugh and tear up as well. And now I want to replay it again..

They add a lot of comic relief in the mix as well. The storyline is just too good, so far it's the best VN/eroge I've played yet. The subtle BL going on with the co-worker is hilarious.
