I doubt tsunade can revive him now She used up all of her chakra and released her forehead thing already and kakashi has probably been dead for to long.

for the last time, just because people say they're gonna die, it doesn't mean they really are going to.... they just think they'll die... i gave a long list of examples awhile ago to you/thor....

let me refresh you on an excellent example:

chouji said he wasdefinitely going to die if he eats the last and final red pill, he lived .

seriously, is this your first anime/cartoon/tv show/etc you've watched or something? usually what we expect to happen based on the details given to us by the show is not what really happens/the find ways around things....just because they say they're gonna die doesn't mean they will.

He was already down to about 50% chakra (he admited this himself.

Kakashi at 100% could barely pull off 3 mangekyo sharingans, I think that 2 mangekyo + chidori + headhunter jitsu = dead Kakashi

just because you're out of chakra doesn't mean you're gonna die

here's another great fuckin example of that

when sasuke fought with gaara after they left the chuunin area and were in the woods, he used like 3 chidori's already, and he said he's almost all out of chakra, if he used another chidori he will die. chidori was his only hope left so he had to use it again. and guess what?! he didn't die and he ran completely out of chakra

lol? afterlife? where the fuck do you come up with these stuffs.. it's an hallucination... you know the phrase "when you die, your life flashes before your eyes?" etc? well that saying is just people experiencing delusions before they think they're gonna die.

notice how in that scene he says "rin... obito...master....i'll be there soon... " and he he was walking to the end of the darkness/tunnel.... then he gets an "!" and he sees his dad, and he walks AWAY from this darkness to speak to him... this is basically telling the audience that he isn't dead yet
