but yea.. it is about the pirate golden leo. He was gol d roger's strongest oppnent .. the chapter tells about his reaction to the execution of roger and how he got captured and put into impel down. He escaped by cutting his feet but since he can fly due to his devil fruit ability, that doesnt matter. He attached his swords to his legs and now walks on swords.

This guy was capured in impel down for 2 years, shortly before rogers execution... and now he as a plan which needs to be prepared .. this takes another 20 years. If I am not mistaking, time is right by now...

after reading 601 i think zoro's eye is fine. you notice on the last page rayleigh has the same exact scar on his right eye, but his is fine. imo zoro's doing some kind of depth perception training.

im pretty sure his eye is fine too
