in season 1 the main character boy was pretty much useless
hopefully in season 2 he'll get stronger aka. use his new sword which we saw in the preview of season 2.

watched the first two episodes of it:

first half of episode 1: holy fuck! the destruction and action was legit. a unique fictional natural disaster? sick. a badass name for it? SPACEQUAKE? awesome
second half of episode 1: ... what? is this

first half of episode 2: is this anime serious? or is this whole thing a joke?
second half of episode 2: this anime isn't serious

i'm all for comedy animes, but i don't like being lied to.
