they're really different....tbh i didn't really like brotherhood, but i liked the original one..... you should watch the original one first and then brotherhood

lol. original = childish bullshit with horrible screwed up weird ending that doesnt even make sense brotherhood=follows the manga thus makes you see what the artist originally wanted you to watch and not some weird crap the anime producers came up with because it got too popular to stop airing when they cought up to the manga

original FMA= seinen bloody stuff, leaves ending up to your imagination and has a movie that directly continues from series. for more mature audiance.

FMAB=mangas pace, totally typical childish shonen stuff - good watch nevertheless

imo watch both, watch fma first then like some time later fmab this way u get most out of those series
