How can you rag on One Piece's main content being considered filler when the last 100 episodes of Naruto was exactly that. After the battle at the valley of the end, it was brutal getting through the rest of the series
the first 300 episodes of one piece was pretty brutal to watch... i felt like i was watching pokemon... luffy was gathering his crew like ash was gathering his pokemans which coincidentally, each of them had a sob story similar to squirtle of the squirtle squad
not only that, but the entire sky island arc and a few other main arcs was a complete waste of time...
and don't get me started on how they spend like 30 episodes explaining how their impossible feats can be accomplished... i.e. how nami's stick made it rain, how a boat can swim underwater, etc .. like why do they bother explaining shit in that much detail when it is illogical and technically impossible either way?
at least naruto's explanations actually make sense and doesn't go too far-fetched
