I believe in supporting the creators and all (I buy all the yuri manga released in the US for instance) but do you realize how little the overseas market contributes to the profits of the Japanese producers when compared with their home consumers?

This is manga, but the same principles apply.

Yeah... Exactly , this is music but same principles apply .

When I,speak to various j-core dj's and japanese producers they wish Americans would support more by purchaSing even though its hard to obtain by some means , juat because youve pirated something doesnt mean you shouldnt consider purchasing something , its honestly more the reason to . If you like it , buy it .

The main problem I have with purchasing anime is that the DVDs we get have awful subs. I bought the entire Death Note series after watching the Shinsen Fansub and the difference was horrendous.
Problem is - The fansub versions are actually translated a lot better than the DVD box sets you can buy from amazon.

Seriously - go get the Death Note box set for yourself - Half way through it just starts spamming 'matsuda' in the middle of words...

If Japan wants me to buy anime it needs to add subs of the same quality or better than fansubbers.

I can't find a site to buy EastNewSound's music, if I could I would. Especially with C83 coming up.

personally I'd probably rather go for importing instead of buying from the companies who localize it because of that fact
it wouldn't have any english subs, but I can just find fansubs for it

I wanted to start up a website that offers streaming anime.  Is this illegal or be possable for the average joe if it cost money for streaming rights or whatnot?  Anyone who would know and post..I would really appreciate it =D.

I'll assume the following since you didn't specify

1) Site that provides HD 1080 quality anime "LIVE"

You'll need unlimited bandwidth if this is the case, HD streaming movies/shows/anime will kill your internet usage 2500kb/s.

2) High specs, at least 2.8-3.0 ghz+ processor

If this is not the case, don't bother trying to stream HD

Yes its illegal/pointless. You won't make any money off doing this
