FYI, living in the world doesn't mean you inherit the main character's abilities or some crazy shit will happen to you. Most of these worlds you will die. I mean really, Black Lagoon? You want to live in a city with murder and shootouts constantly?

Actual world that would be nice would be in Academy City (Toaru no Majutsu Index/Railgun) or like I said before, Freezing (Nova threat but babe galore)

SAO is nice, but that's just future tech. We'll get there eventually.

I think I would go for a world like in Dog Days or Fairy Tail. A world where everyone has access to magic, and your own strength is determined by your will and training.
