Really wish that they'd just hurry up with the intended plot and finish their journey to the fairies and eventually reach Griffith and Gutts' final confrontation but with the way things are that won't happen for another 10-20 years. Quite depressing.
I think that the author just can't accept that it'll eventually reach an end since he has more or less invested his whole life in it. At this rate he'll seriously bite the dust before we see a conclusion
