I doubt there's a critic retarded enough to think that Excel Saga is better than Trigun (oh wait there is, the person who wrote that list), and if they do then nobody who knows anything should take them seriously.
This reminds me of the one time that they put the guitarist from the White Stripes as better than Pete Townshend on the list of the 100 greatest guitarists of all time in Rolling Stone Magazine. Sometimes there are lists written by even the best critics that have complete bullshit in them, it's a fact. Such is the case in that list, not to mention that list isn't written by any famous critics to begin with.
