It's been made blatantly clear how much stronger the first hokage is than the second. When at all in this series has anyone NOT wanted to fight someone because they knew they were weaker? Of course Tobirama is going to be gung-ho about killing Madara. Duh.

I like the irony in this chapter. Madara essentially saved the world from himself by stopping Hashirama from committing suicide. That would have been stupid by Hashirama. Madara would have used that opportunity to wipe out a lot of Senju. It's interesting to see that Madara actually WAS willing to give peace a chance. But between the tension that existed with Tobirama and his clan not respecting him at all anymore, Madara just said screw it. Looks like the death match is about to begin. I wonder how much of it they'll show.

Nah. It wouldn't make sense to show this fight in its entirety. We might get a few panels of it coupled with present-day Hashirama narration, but I suspect we'll be going back to Sasuke's story in the next couple weeks. I think we'll revert back to Naruto's fight when Sasuke makes his decision and mobilizes to the battlefield. Man, I can't wait to see the hokages do some damage, if they end up fighting.

You do have a point. That would be extremely bad writing but I suppose I shouldn't put that past Kishimoto.
