Can someone explain to me. I don't follow this manga in depth so I forget things. How's is it madara says all 4 of his brothere are dead now when he's young. But back when we were learning about how madara got his eyes. He took his brothers light. And this was at a teen or adult age.

lol if you read the chapter then the answer is right there. he said he has 4 brothers and then corrected himself that he "had" 4 brothers. lets say 1 of them died... he cant be correct in saying he has 4 can he? he would be correct in saying he has 3 brothers. so yeah one or all of his brothers except izuna died up to this point of him telling the 1st how many siblings he has.

have we seen a female uchiha with the sharingan btw? any of those 4 who were present when the 1st brother died a female?

also previously i saw someone talk about hand to hand combat specifically between madara and the 1st and why their isnt more of it(in general). well kisame said it best that a ninja like gai who focuses so heavily on it is quite rare. gai i assume just had a passion for taijutsu even though he can use ninjutsu and probably genjutsu. its clear that in most cases ninjutsu or genjutsu would beat taijutsu on most levels(genin chounin jounin etc or like a data book 1 in ninjutsu vs 1 in taijutsu)

Saying he had 4 brothers do not mean that he lost all of them aswell.
Could also mean 1 died and 3 survived until that date, e.g.
or 2/2 etc...
