But isn't it about lineage? It would appear that Naruto is the living embodiment of "Senju" and he's from a cousin clan. The Senju haven't been shown to have any unique abilities like the Uchiha's Sharingan, other than their endurance and love. I dunno.

living embodiment of senju? lol.... i haven't seen anything that would make you think that..naruto transcends lineages.

How about the fact that Hashirama was just revealed to be exactly like Naruto? But what do we know about the Senju? Unless I forgot about something, all that we really know of their unique prowess is that they had physical endurance that was strong enough to match the Sharingan and they were kind-hearted, loving people. Not only until this chapter did we learn that the Uchiha's shared stronger emotions, to the point of obsession.

Good heart? Pfft, yep, Naruto's got that covered.

High endurance? Rofl, Naruto has that in spades.

Given that this is basically all of the information that Kishimoto has seen fit to give us on the Senju, and the fact that the name Senju hasn't even come up yet, yeah, I'd say Naruto represents them. And I'm not talking about transcending lineage, I'm talking about everyone in the Uchiha + Senju clans tracing back to the same patriarch. Whether or not the names Uchiha and Senju started with Hashirama and Madara, those bloodlines both go back to Rikudo Sennin.

i hope you know "living embodiment" and physical attributes based on lineage doesn't necessarily mean they're the same thing... why are you comparing high endurance to anything? it means they're distant family members, so what? you're arguing for "living embodiment" yet you compare something unrelated to the matter.. lol you're just like clarity
