And I guess now we can obviously see that Ichigo is NOT in control of that hollow form in the least bit.

However, I'll mention this: Remember his Inner Hollow saying to him something along the lines of "If I ever have to come back - I'm in control." (king/horse reference, etc.)

Well in a way, he was in control, but only AFTER the hole was put into Kurosaki did he emerge.

SOMEHOW the hole gave way and Ichigo regenerated - maybe this regeneration signifies teh resealing of the inner hollow.

So maybe the inner hollow can only gain control so long as there is a hole in Kurosaki's chest.

Hard to tell right now where Orihime's voice brought him back, or that last suprise attack by Ulquiorra.

Regardless, if they go through Aizen's garganta (is it still open?) to Fake Karakura town, and that shit happens again, I am more than sure that it won't be good for either side.

i don't think a hole in the chest was a reason for anything.... i think it was him about to die and nothing he can do about it.....i remember his hollow saying "during the time of your death, i will come out" or something like that after he conquered his inner hollow
