ugh i reread the explanation and dont see where kabuto clearly states they are brought back in their prime, chapter 520? that is when he explained it to him
i checked the wiki it says brought back at the time of their deaths....of course its the wiki anyone can write but by all means let me know the chapter where it states this i honestly thought it was when they died

This is probably because the 3rd was in his prime at an older age. Early in the series it was often mentioned he was the master of 1000 jutsu, which I'm sure he obtained through experience. None of the other hokage reached old age. This doesn't mean the third is stronger than anyone, it just means his peak came with age.
About the revival:
I get all the Hokage's except the 4th. How was he revived? We can assume Oro had everything he needed for the 1st, and 2nd, could have obtained what he needed from the 3rd in that huge battle. How the hell did he bind the 4th's soul to anything? I thought it was lost, trapped inside the death god, and part inside naruto. I ask because I'm pretty sure it was mentioned it would be impossible to revive the 4th, otherwise Kabuto, or Oro would have done it.
you do remember oro tried to resurrect the 4th but couldnt due to him not being in the pure world, so like kabuto said jairaiya's dna was on pains black rods and shisui's eye was in danzou's possession. kabuto also said its basically grave robbing what he had to do to get some samples

Sarutobi, Jiraiya, Gai, Rock lee are the strongest ninjas (if not, rawest) in the Naruto universe simply b/c they don't have a bloodline of any significance.
Ex. Uzumaki, Senju, Uchiha, etc.
minato doesnt have any either ~!~ but alas i do agree MAITO GAI NUMBER 1 why no edo tensei with 8 gates it has to be ridiculoussssssssss
