he doesn't look like the hollow he was when he was turning into a Vizard by Shinji & company..

hmm i guess back then it was the shape of a simple hollow and now an arrancar

that makes sense.. hollows are formed when someone has some emo problems right? or unfinished business? like orihime's brother.

I'm pretty sure its either when they get devoured by a hollow, or they last long enough in the real world as a spirit for their soul chain to deteriorate.
