can someone please tell me something about renders
i got a pic thats high definition ya know its huge
but when i shrink it it gets kinda pixelated whats up with that
how can i fix that

kinda weird if your using photoshop...
i know seriff photoplus does that.. tis why i like photoshop cuz with decreased size quality usually got better.

i click the picture and do free transform and drag it smaller and then when i get small it turns out all pixelated

no.. in photoshop there is something like resize image in edit or something like that.. one of those tabs.. use that and you probly shouldny have any issues.

i tried a smudge tool
smudge is complicated i dont think i still quite understand how it works

eh i dunno i see an E at the end of flapel might have smudged that off a line or its just me lol

throw down a cool sub layer and smudge the fuck out of it with low opacity over top of that area

im not amazing at photoshop myself but i cant run it on my comp its too old

way too much going on in the bg. Also the Colors are very blah. Need better color selection. I like your render though. smudge is something that takes a couple tries to get it.

i recently found out i suck actually lol
so i really dont know what you mean by throw down a cool sublayer
