well there should be a pen tablet setting somewhere under the Bamboo settings that allows you to adjust Softness/Firmness which i believe is the sensitivity settings. and as for programs that use tablet usually you have to turn on the Tablet/Pen sensitivity on
in order for it to work. Like in Flash CS5 you have to hit a button for it to actually work there's also a button in PS as well so i assume there's a ON/OFF button for most programs. i haven't used sketchbook so i wouldn't know if there's on in it or even if it supports tablets XD
