Airi was like 17 and MC was 29 in the "present". So if he's 23, then Airi should be like 13 or something.
he was 11years old when he went coma, he was 29 when he went back in time.
Airi would have been 14 after he woke up.
but you have to consider that some good time has passed since he woke up and got out of the hospital and started living life again. (you don't rehab or get a steady manga job etc...overnight)
they could very well be meeting up again around the same age from before. (or at least a year+ min)
Still legal even at 14. (hell at 16 she could even get married)
also i don't think there was any indications of romance between Airi and Satoru.
but that doesn't mean there can't be any, Airi was his closest friend in the beginning and she opened up to him quite a bit.
their friendship seemed to grow pretty fast after that first incident.
