Obviously since it's a simple show she's gonna stop the Prince from getting real power, go on conquering, blah blah blah

Yet, if a kingdom fell into civil war and disorder, how the fuck else is a leader supposed to restore order? Just ask everyone to go back home, and come back in the big happy earth Kingdom family?

Maybe the earth Kingdom needs someone with a strong hand to keep all these provinces from infighting after all, just like the Arabs needed the strong hand of the ottoman empire to stop all the tribes from killing each other.

Edit: she's showing some real impressive dexterity in that scene though, I've always appreciated benders who won't use a mountain when a, pebble will do. 90% of the time its not power that wins a fight, it's speed, control, and creativity.

i dont get how these villians can even put up a fight versus the AVATAR..

zaheer putting up a fight vs korra is reasonable, he is old and got air bending magically and the guera la heima thing

but kuivera.... shes new i dont get how she can even put up a fight versus korra. korra should be smashing these villains left and right with ease

One. Korra doesn't know how to use her bending together well, when she starts fighting, she stays to one bending typically. So you treat her as a single bender and kuivera who is a captain of security or whatever she was means that she is capable of handling a 1v1 match with a child who just recently learned how to bend each element (think of it as d2, you're a sorc who has all 3 elements. You're not focused on one element, so you are not GREAT in any but you're not bad in any) Seeing Kuivera fight last episode, she seems to be able to handle earth benders really well, and seeing how bad korra did in the cage match... meh
