Naruto at least stays decent and even gets better through time imo. It's got enough twists and plot development to keep me entertained unlike other fighting manga that really ARE way too drawn out.
The moment Naruto actually becomes shit and boring I will agree with you but for now I just don't see where you are coming from.
Bleach's current story is actually exciting, relevant, and enjoyable to read. The war arc in Naruto was so unspeakably underwhelming I don't even know where to begin. The pacing of storytelling in Naruto is absolutely horrible. It's not great in Bleach neither, but at least Bleach keeps the plot moving. Naruto will spend several weeks just to illustrate a conversation during a battle that no one cares about. The worst part about it is that it's all just so repetitive and boring now after hearing it literally several dozen times. How many times do we have to hear Naruto say that his will allows him to magically overcome any opponent and nothing else matters because he's going to become Hokage? Then we have to hear more bullshit about his ninja way that we've already been hearing constantly since the first chapter.
Rofl. Bye, Neji. I was never his biggest fan. I always thought that he thought too highly of himself for what he actually was. He was nothing special. If I had to choose a number of characters in the Konoha 10 to die, he was definitely one of them. Not surprised.
