I hope we don't see any more Izanagi or Izanami. I seriously hate those jutsus. If Sasuke was to "turn good" I suppose him using one on Obito would make sense, but what happened to the old fashioned method? Just kill Obito, seal Madara, kill Sasuke, Naruto hokage, series over.

I like it. If this happens though, we don't see a Naruto vs Sasuke battle. I think we'll get the battle first and Naruto will reveal something (like Obito being behind the Kyuubi attack) that will make him turn on Obito.

And Naruto and Sasuke WILL fight. That's been implied in this series now for a long time. If they don't end up fighting because Naruto somehow uses Talk no Jutsu on Sasuke, frankly, that would be insulting. Whether or not Sasuke turns on Obito and Madara probably won't change how he feels about the Leaf at all. He's dead set on killing them and they're set on killing him, too. That's not about to change. He and Naruto will clash.

Ugh...this sucks. I just realized that we're probably going to see another chapter or two of flashback with the 3 orphans and the formation of Akatsuki...UGH. Glad I saw how Rin died and the history and everything but we know how Akatsuki was formed...

meh,

the manga can go in any direction, sasuke doesnt really fit into the current battle of naruto bee vs madara, kakashi gai vs obito, but i expect he will show up on the battle field any way , i dont see sasuke living at the end of the manga any way

I agree. This manga does not hold off on cliches but there really isn't a logical reason for Sasuke to live anymore. He's committed serious crimes, he's the perfect opponent to the main protagonist, they've already said that they're going to fight to the death... For Naruto to TnJ Sasuke now would be, as I already said, insulting. The main conflict is obviously stopping Madara and Obito from putting the world under genjutsu, but the over-arcing conflict of the entire series is Senju vs Uchiha. That conflict is going to come to a head in Naruto and Sasuke.

Or, Kishi will completely fail as a writer and make everyone live happily ever after in happy fucking candy fairytale land.

Even though Sasuke has the ems now the raw power and technique of Naruto's ability's would melt Sasuke. It would be a good fight but I think Naruto has come a long way to which Sasuke has too but I just don't see him lasting against Naruto.
