hey did naruto manga ever reveal why or how kakashi killed rin?

All we got for now is a chidori to the chest. How he asks Obito, "aren't you going to blame me?" suggests that it was either an accident, he had no other choice, or some outside forces made him do it, etc.

Obito just thought she was dead.
She was really trapped in Madara's secret basement.

She will come to save the day and it will turn Obito good, right after Obito kills Kakashi.

Obito + Naruto + Bee + Sasuke Vs. Madara imo

I suppose Madara could have captured her and kept her alive or whatever and sent a Zetsu clone to get killed, but that would be stupider than Tobi being Obito.
