I had the chance to enter dota 2 beta. decided against it :/

Not impressed with the hero design

same as dota dont cry, i didint sign up for it no point in playing buggy dota that would make me mad

I am just saying, for all that time in development they could have made non bland hero designs

I got a 78 on the fucking applications test because I suck at word problems :[

Fack! I forgot the midterm coming up next week has word problems. Damn if you got a 78, I expect a 48. Time to study my ass off.

The problem on my exam was the one about optimizing the materials used for an open ended box with a square base


Needless to say, I forgot my formulas n stuff


The calculus part I could do with my eyes closed, but fuck the word problem part

I did a problem like that in class, but I forget.

And I made a bad mistake not going to my last class just because I was sick. Brb not getting the practice test to know what will be on the actual test.

lol. TBH, depending on how your professor is, it really isn't too bad. Like, the last section in our book over chapter 3 was just combining everything we had learned to sketch a graph.

So, find the domain, find x and y intercepts, find the first and second derivative, find any VA/HA/SA, do the first derivative test to find intervals of inc/dec and local min/max, do the concavity test, then sketch.


Which is basically just the other chapters rolled into one.

I honestly don't remember how to do anything until now because I never did any homework. Bad idea being a full time student with a calculus class while working full time and trying to finish my portfolio.

I learn one thing and when I see it on the test, it's like WHAT IS THIS.
