Idk, maybe the same excuse as to why he can't use Susanoo. And the possibility that reviving someone dead for so long would possibly kill him.

I think that white Zetsu half is the original white Zetsu. Should be interesting to see how/when black Zetsu comes along

black zetsu 80% uchiha 20% senju


some speculate that the spiral zetsu its part senju and part uzmaki
