So, what? The main antagonist who has been a complete mystery the whole series is suddenly going to turn on the one who made him what he is? I'm not sure that Madara's part in Rin's death, whatever it may be if it exists, is going to be significant at all. Even if Tobi found out at this moment that Madara was the one responsible for Rin's death, I don't see him changing his convictions or plans one iota.



If we're not going to be creative, then who is? Certainly not Kishi.

Unfortunately it's possible. Tobi didn't appear to want to revive Madara in the first place.

But isn't that why he needed Nagato, and why he made such a fuss over Nagato's betrayal?

Tobi said he wanted to use Nagato for his own purposes. Most likely Rin. If his plan was REALLY to bring back Madara, he would not have tried to prevent Kabuto from bringing him back with Edo.
